Scope of Role and Experience
As a Staff Engineer, you will:
- Build the context + orchestration layer for AI-first revenue software
- Ingest and unify data from CRMs and other sources into a context graph that captures winning deal patterns
- Design agent orchestration systems (planner/executor patterns, MCP-style interfaces, eval harnesses) to transform context into autonomous actions
- Expose capabilities through native product surfaces (apps, chat, and integrations) in tight loops with GTM
- Define and measure outcomes with product and customers (e.g., tasks auto-completed, adoption, pipeline lift)
- Balance accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability of agent runs under real-world load
