Scope of Role and Experience

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:

• Design and build robust, extensible infrastructure to handle evolving federal, state, and agency regulations
• Partner with Product and Design to define and execute the best experience for customers in a complex industry
• Build scalable systems from scratch with a fast turnaround, ensuring high reliability for billions of dollars in transactions
• Dive deep into the inner workings of the mortgage industry to translate complex requirements into elegant code
• Learn and apply new technologies quickly across a modern stack (Python, React, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP)
