In our StArfrica Incubator, we offer a hybrid 12-week program for students and recent graduates from an accredited higher learning institution in Rwanda. —> Hybrid means that ALL our workshops will run as online sessions, via ZOOM as well as the networking platform wonder.me but we also hope to have some events happening on-site at our space at UR Remera Campus.

We support our participants by providing them with assistance, education and mentorship in the field of job readiness and entrepreneurship and also helping them understand how to best structure a business idea and turn it into reality.

We will introduce you to experienced mentors, scientists, entrepreneurs and the private sector and help you prepare for the professional world and / or the potential life as an entrepreneur. In our workshops, mentoring sessions and career talks we bring you together with peers and experts for exchange and collaboration from both Rwanda and Germany.

Our workshops will focus on both job readiness as well as entrepreneurial skills, such as project and task management, design thinking, accounting basics, effective communications, pitching and much more.

Please also keep in mind that there might be changes to our program due to Corona regulations. This might affect on-site events and meetings at the Incubator space as well as on-site visits at companies or startups in Kigali. We hope you can understand!

The StArfrica Incubator is a free 3-month program with inspiring mentors and important job readiness and entrepreneurial skills which we hope will help you find an interesting job or business opportunity afterwards.
