About the role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer at Rebill, you will play a pivotal role within a highly skilled team dedicated to crafting the "Stripe" for Latin America. You'll work closely with our visionary Founder team and be entrusted with designing, developing, and rigorously testing solutions aimed at expanding and enhancing our product. In this role, you will wield substantial influence on the product's quality and direction. As a key team member, you will directly report to the founders and have the opportunity to accelerate your career within a rapidly growing startup.

What you’ll do

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and testing of new features.
• Enhance the quality of the developed code and product architecture continuously.
• Test and monitor production operations to ensure proper functioning.
• Implement the necessary infrastructure with a focus on scalability, performance and stability.
• Provide support and guidance to the technical team to fulfill their tasks.
• Serve as a role model and motivate the team in their professional growth.
• Work closely with the sales team and customer success.
• Interact directly with customers to provide support and understand their needs.
• Help manage project priorities and team: set and meet deadlines.
• Contribute to defining operational and technical processes based on your prior experience.
• Collaborate in defining user experience-focused interfaces, achieving pixel-perfect results.
