If you’re using Squeezely as your customer data platform (CDP) you’ll be happy to know that you can connect it to Aiden! After enabling the Squeezely integration, your Aiden apps will automatically send a customer’s answers and their advised products to the Squeezely 360-degree customer profile.

You can use all of this data in many ways. Here are some best practices:

<aside> 🍪 Note: If a customer rejects cookies, Squeezely will not load on your website and the Squeezely integration won’t work. If you use the integration to send a follow-up email, it’s recommended to notify the customer that without cookie consent the email will not be sent.

Step-by-step


After completing the steps below, Aiden will send the following events to Squeezely:

Event name Event trigger
Aiden answer customer answers a question
Aiden advice customer views advice page
Aiden followup customer leaves their email address on the advice page
EmailOptIn opt-in is checked when leaving email address

Good to know: All events (except the EmailOptIn event) also contain the Aiden app name. This way you can easily see which events came from which app.

Follow these steps to start collecting Aiden data in Squeezely:

  1. Login to your Squeezely account and go to Data. Scroll down to fields and add the following custom fields:

  2. In Aiden, go to your Settings by clicking on your name in the bottom left corner of your screen. Then go to Integrations and activate the toggle in the Squeezely card.

    If you don’t see the Integrations page, you’re probably not an admin, or your on the Essential plan.

  3. It can take up to 10 minutes before Aiden events start flowing into Squeezely.
