Introduction

Whilst conducting research for SQUEEZE IT!, each curator composed a short essay surrounding one of the themes or elements of the project. Exploring exhibition methods, critical theory, and processes of transforming language; this research was central in shaping the project’s themes and curatorial methods.

Emulating *SQUEEZE IT!’*s interactive and open-access platform, we wanted to publish our research using a method which allowed its readers to comment and critique our work. Notion is not a platform made for the ultimate display of work, it is designed instead to allow collaboration and collective working. With this in mind we would like to encourage our fellow collaborators to read, comment, add, change, edit, translate, correct, critique, agree, argue, amend and interpret the texts using the features available on this site. On this page you will find:

Alongside this you will find links and excerpts from cited sources within our research articles in 'Resources' and the activities which informed the development of SQUEEZE IT! in 'Workshops'.
