a. Definitions
- Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.
- Controller: The user of the Service who determines the purposes and means of processing Personal Data.

c. Duration of Processing
The Processor will process Personal Data for the duration of the Controller’s use of the Service. Upon termination, Processor shall delete or return Personal Data in accordance with Section 8.
d. Obligations of the Processor
Processor shall:
- Process Personal Data only on documented instructions from the Controller.
- Implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.
- Keep Personal Data confidential.
- Assist the Controller in responding to data subject requests (access, rectification, deletion, portability).
