What Went Well:

• Ensured that we went all out after Sprint 1’s presentation not going as planned.
• Some core features were implemented really well.

Improvements:

• Better time estimation for API integrations (Match Set-up Api.,Live Event Feed)
• More and Frequent Stakeholder meeting with Tutor to clarify confusions.
• Improve TDD

Action Items:

• More meetings with the team to ensure, all work needs to be done.
• Testing coverage to be improved, ensure we start ASAP for sprint 3.
