-this is a move where you will be asked to lift your heels off the ground to get momentum. for all other moves unless otherwise stated, i expect that even during tosses you keep your feet flat on the ground-

  1. Your left hand is going to feel wonky and weird but you are going to start the move with it looking like this:

This is the best rendition I could make with the amount of time I have lol. Your fingers will be actually wrapped around the pole more.

You start with your left hand like this, and you spin the flag clockwise.

  1. your flag is down and your right hand is in a blade at your side. your heels should be lifted at this point.

  2. reaching 2, your heels will be the highest up and then at 2, they should be back down. your flag will be pointing up and your left hand is gonna feel icky. as the flag keeps spinning towards your right/clockwise, your right hand will grab it thumbs towards the sky

  3. flag keeps spinning, at 3 it will be pointing down and you will readjust your left hand

  4. flag is back in ready position, your right hand will need adjust on the way back to this, so adjust as needed before the move ends.
