Spite Tracker

Problem

When people skip their habits, they often feel guilty but have no external consequence forcing accountability. This guilt fades quickly without action, allowing the same pattern to repeat endlessly. Current habit trackers rely solely on internal motivation and positive reinforcement, which fails when willpower is low. Users abandon tracking after 2-3 weeks when the novelty wears off and real discipline is required.
