We are assembling a panel on the future of work at the Fall Meeting for the Urban Land Institute in Dallas, TX. Audience of 30-40 c-suite level real estate and facility visionaries, decision makers, and curious leaders who, like most people, are trying to wrap their heads around the future of work. While everyone is trying to develop “back to work,” “work from home, “hybrid work” and “work economic” strategies, there’s been very little discussion about the actual “physics” and “behavioral science” aspects of work itself, the human interactions, and man-machine interfaces.
Other Details:
The panel will be comprised on a futurist from Deloitte, a real estate disruptor/revolutionary from The Instant Group, and possibly a workplace researcher.
Re: renumeration… the other panel members are covering their own expenses as we do not have a budget for this event.
Tom Stat - Director of Design Labs at Gensler - will be moderating the panel. If you are not familiar with Gensler, the firm is the largest global design firm and the largest planner and designer of workplaces. He leads a small innovation incubator/accelerator within Gensler called Design Labs. Over the past two years, he also has been leading a collaboration with Walt Disney Imagineering focused on the future of work and we’ve been exploring AI and neural interfaces as part of imagining the future.
If you’re interested, please let me know and we can get live to discuss details. Thanks so much for the consideration! I can be reached at andrew_starr@gensler.com
