<aside> 💡 When an Attendee is marked as a Planned Presenter (See: Set up speakers 🗣️ ), they are required to pass through a System Check before entering the Event to make sure their audio and video will be able to be broadcast without issue to the audience.

What does the System Check confirm?

The system check page

In the top right corner is the Enter the event button. This button will not be activated until the Speaker receives green checkmarks for their Camera, Microphone, Browser and Firewall.

If the Speaker has any questions, they can use the Backstage chat under Talk with the event organizers to try and resolve them. Organizers will see Speakers in the Stage Queue who are currently on this page have the status User is doing system checks (see Manage the Stage Queue)
