Anna Ott fell in love with tech and HR at the same time some 20 years ago, when she was paid to be a full-time human spam filter. Naturally, she embraces technology and even more so, appliances for organizations and individual talents on a path to a smart and digitized HR function. After various HR related roles in and around the European Startup scene, Anna is now advising a small portfolio of HR Tech Early Stage companies, does in-house consultancy for HR practitioners and is building up a Micro-VC to support startups in SEA and Europe.

For a couple of years now, she has focussed on HR Tech as an advisor to Early Stage Startups in that field, an in-house consultant to HR practitioners interested in the digitization of their function but also as a VC investing in teams in Europe and Southeast Asia.
Anna Ott is a HR expert with a deep understanding of HRTech who has recruited and managed talent for digital companies and startup teams for the past two decades. With a proven ability to take a strategic view on Talent Management, Anna held various HR related roles at Deutsche Telekom AG/hub:raum, i-potentials, Management Angels, Lycos Europe/Bertelsmann.
Next to advising HR Tech startups on strategic questions, Anna is an Angel Investor and Partner at a Venture Capital Fund investing in HR Tech.
