A Data Pending query represents a required document or clarification, regarding a document.

Queries can be added by the users through the following controlled sources -

• The queries can be added by PNO - Recur in our scenario, using ‘Add Clarification’ button.
• Lenders can as well ask their queries using the ‘Add Clarification’ button.

OR

Queries may be automatically generated by the system when (System-Generated Queries) :

• A deal / mandate is shared and based on the particular products selected, pre-required queries are added in data pending.
• A lender workflow demands mandatory documents.
• A validation or rule engine flags missing data (while ‘Add Clarification’ is used and a additional query is added).
