As a by-product of that journey you will have created a practice that you can use in the morning or evening to align your body, mind and spirit daily.

If you are a woman without experience in dance movement you are invited to do a Check-in with the facilitator to make sure that the journey is a beneficial experience for you. Men are also welcomed. They can benefit as well from activating their balance of feminine and masculine energy.
Over 6 weeks you explore your self expression through dance movement and create a self- resourced movement routine that allows you to fully unlock your creativity, flow and body pleasure. Exercises, self inquiry questions and clear guidance through the creation process awaits you. It is possible to do the course in your own pace.
