Overview:

In this role, you will simplify Clientjoy’s short-term & long-term business & brand challenges. This is a multi-disciplinary role that will involve working in coherence with the Growth team, core management, development team & customer success

Skills Required:

• At least 4+ years of experience strategizing & simplifying business challenges
• Deep understanding of Product/SAAS/Technology business
• Experience managing digital marketing activities to accelerate product growth
• Proven track record of managing business challenges, making brand strategies & optimizing conversion rates
• Well versed with designing presentations, copywriting & should have a knack for good UI/UX & brand designs
• Should have the ability to come up with creative campaigns, unthinkable collaborations & process simplification.
• Should also be an expert in all domains of digital marketing and should be open for training and development of new and current hires and solve their operational and knowledge challenges on an everyday basis

How does your day 1 look like?

• You will be completing your HR formalities
• Onboarding with the company know-how
• You would be introduced to your new friends who you can choose to call your colleagues, acquaintance or best buddies

How does your first month look like?

• You will be auditing all the current workflows, processes & business roadblocks
• You would be ready with your new strategies & solutions on the lines of solving operational & business challenges

How do your first 3 months look like?

• You would have accelerated the product growth just by troubleshooting & solving the operational challenges
• You would have increased every team members output efficacy
• You would start acting as a catalyst to the social media team, customer success team, product development team, partnerships team

How do your first 6 months look like?

• Your inputs would have created a massive impact on the product in terms of paid sign-ups
• You would have started taking solution-oriented initiatives in the field of digital marketing
• You would have optimized the conversion of paid sign-ups received from every possible source
• MRR would have reached $10,000 with your guidance & solutions
• You would have reduced the Churn rate to < 5%
• You would have grown ARPA to $20
• You would have achieved Sign Up-Conversion rate of 15%
