The Role
You will:
- Lead advanced pre-sales and post-sales engagements for a select group of Rutter’s most essential customers
- Work directly with sales & customer success to build the foundation of our solutions engineering teams
- Own the interlock between the field and Product Management, helping to drive the product roadmap and be a voice for the customer

Skills and experience:
- 1+ years of solutions engineering and/or engineering experience
- You're excited about building for other engineers and working directly with customers
- Strong Project Management skills
- Experience reading or writing code in a few different languages, or deep familiarity with one
- Familiarity with modern web services and APIs
- An affinity for learning new languages and technologies
- A thoughtful and friendly communication style
