How to use this template
- Duplicate this page to your own workspace using the Duplicate button (top right).
- Start adding leads to the Lead Pipeline as you knock doors and book pitches.
- Log each proposal in the Proposal Log and link it back to the lead.
- Track expected commissions in the Commission Tracker — formulas auto-calculate contract value and payout.
- Use the Follow-Up System daily to see who needs to be contacted today.
- Update the Objection Playbook as you encounter and overcome new objections in the field.
- Log your weekly numbers in the Performance Dashboard to track close rates and hit your monthly target.
