How to use this template

  1. Duplicate this page to your own workspace using the Duplicate button (top right).
  2. Start adding leads to the Lead Pipeline as you knock doors and book pitches.
  3. Log each proposal in the Proposal Log and link it back to the lead.
  4. Track expected commissions in the Commission Tracker — formulas auto-calculate contract value and payout.
  5. Use the Follow-Up System daily to see who needs to be contacted today.
  6. Update the Objection Playbook as you encounter and overcome new objections in the field.
  7. Log your weekly numbers in the Performance Dashboard to track close rates and hit your monthly target.
