After over a decade of designing learning programmes, managing my own language school and training professionals, I found myself drawn to a new challenge. Relocating to Italy opened a door I hadn't fully considered before: the opportunity to take everything I had built and learnt as a teacher and apply it in a broader, more dynamic corporate environment.
L&D feels like a natural evolution: same passion for helping people grow, same commitment to well-designed learning experiences, but a wider scope and greater impact. I am genuinely excited about this transition; it is not just a career move, but a learning journey even for myself.
