The following statement outlines the terms and conditions for using our online, Software and electronic products, website and services, including our leadership & management development programs; coaching; surveys, analytics and feedback products; consulting services; our website/s and other professional & organisational development ****services, (our “Services”).

If you have an account with us, you may also be asked to agree to our General Terms and Conditions. In that case. both sets of terms and conditions will apply to you.

These Software Terms & Conditions apply to SUBSCRIBERS (meaning persons or entities who create and manage accounts with us), including their USERS (meaning people who are authorised by SUBSCRIBERS to access and use our Services). USERS will be asked to consent to the attached Terms of Use when accessing our Services. The Terms of Use incorporate parts of these Software Terms & Conditions, and a breach of the TOU by a USER is deemed to be a breach of these Software Terms & Conditions by you.

This Agreement takes effect from that date you indicate your acceptance of the Agreement or access our products, the “Effective Date”.

BETWEEN: This Agreement is between Integral Development Associates Pty Ltd, trading as “Integral”, and “you”, the person or entity using our Services, collectively know as “the Parties”. If you are agreeing to this Agreement not as an individual but on behalf of your company, then “Customer”, “Client” or “you” means your company, and you are binding your company to this Agreement.
