Final deliverables

• Full-stack web app with attendee, organizer, and admin workflows
• Secure API with Zod validation, JWT auth, RBAC, rate limiting, and centralized error handling
• PostgreSQL schema with events, tickets, RSVPs, notifications, categories, and event updates
• Docker Compose local stack and AWS deployment artifacts (Terraform, Nginx, CI/CD)
• Sprint journals, XP values narrative, burndown summary, and sprint-report wireframe notes in docs/ (no committed wireframe PNGs or deployment-diagram.png in the repo tree on temp2-main)
