"FreightOnline" is a digital freight forwarding logistics service online platform. I led this product team to build it from 0 to 1 in 6 months. This is the very first lead product in SmartBee Intelligence and it helps our company to acquire 3 B2B early adopters (forwarders) to join our ecosystem.
Our product structure is a 2-sides design. It's just like the classic e-commerce platform design. We called the front-side is for the service requestors which is to fulfill the forwarders' clients to conduct online booking, track shipment transportation status, ask for an online quotation, etc. The back-side is for the service providers which is to fulfill the forwarders to smartly create an online quote in 5 minutes, sync the shipment data into their daily operation freight management system, etc.
