What you will be working on

• Collaborate closely with our customers and help them solve their problems to make their work more enjoyable
• Build scalable backend infrastructure to handle thousands of phone calls per day
• Build intuitive user experiences in an AI-first world
• Optimize our voice agents for reliability, accuracy, and indistinguishability from talking to a real human
• Stay ahead of emerging trends in voice AI, LLM agents, and distributed systems

✅ You might be a fit if you:

• Are currently studying Computer Science, AI, or related fields, or recently graduated
• Have done projects as a full-stack software engineer (preferably React, Typescript, Python)
• Passion for building with LLMs - experience with agents and voice AI is a big plus
• You leverage AI tools that make you more productive (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
• You love challenging work and solving hard problems where others give up
• You thrive in talking to customers, visiting them, and putting their needs first.
• Want full ownership from day one and aren’t afraid to push hard.
