- I forgot my password: If you created a Sofia account with an email and password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in screen.
- How do I delete my account? You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete My Account.
- Trouble with the AI chat? Ensure your device’s microphone permission is enabled for the Sofia app in your device settings.
