This role goes beyond day-to-day posting and requires someone who can think strategically about social media, collaborate with creative teams and execute brand-led campaigns and activations. Looking for a person to lead content, community and brand presence across platforms.
Ideal Role Scope
- Own day-to-day social media management across platforms — posting, community engagement, comments, DMs, etc.
- Drive social media planning, calendars, and content strategy
- Support brand collaborations, partnerships, and on-ground activations
- Write social-first content including captions, hooks, and creative copy (in collaboration with the communications lead)
- Coordinate and execute basic shoots and content production with internal creative teams
- Manage external agencies and partners for shoots, campaigns, and content execution
Ideal Background
- 3–6 years of experience, though open to strong profiles with lesser experience
- Prior experience in the F&B space would be ideal
- Could come from a D2C brand or a creative/social agency background
