Campus Cloud – Strategic Quora Growth
Led a shift in Campus Cloud’s social presence by using Quora as a strategic growth channel. I moved the brand from passive posting to answering targeted educational questions, linking them directly to our software's benefits.
Impact:
- Generated over 100K organic views on Quora
- Positioned Campus Cloud as a thought leader in EdTech
- Created a sustainable model for consistent, insightful content
Amila – From Shea Can Trybe to Don’t Be Ashy
As the social media and community manager for Amila, I led the transformation of its community identity, rebranding Shea Can Trybe to Don’t Be Ashy, a bold and culturally resonant movement. This shift brought a fun, relatable edge to Amila’s voice and made the brand more shareable and relevant in beauty conversations.
What I Did:
- Developed and launched the “Don’t Be Ashy” campaign with its own visual identity, tone, and hashtag
- Made “Don’t Be Ashy” more than a slogan — it became a movement, driving both content and culture
- Built a dual experience online (Instagram, TikTok) and offline (Amila Café pop-ups and wellness events)
Impact:
- Boosted community recognition with a memorable, relatable catchphrase
- Saw increased use of the #Don'tBeAshy hashtag organically
- Strengthened brand personality, resulting in more shares, mentions, and loyalty
- Reinforced Amila as more than skincare — a lifestyle rooted in confidence, culture, and self-expression
