Salary: N75,000 monthly.

About the Role:

The Nolly Guide is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Intern to support our digital content strategy. This role is ideal for a creative individual passionate about Nollywood, content creation and dedicated to maintaining a polished, consistent brand presence online.

Responsibilities:

• Create, shoot, and edit original content for The Nolly Guide’s social platforms
• Assist in the creation of content calendars, ensuring a balanced mix of content pillars.
• Provide active support during photo and video shoots, assisting with setup, coordination, and ensuring all required content assets are captured.
• Post and manage the day-to-day operations of The Nolly Guide's social media pages.

Requirements:

• No prior work experience required however strong work ethic and dedication to the work is required.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or InShot.
• Proven ability to create engaging vertical video (Reels/TikTok) and graphics.
• Strong attention to visual detail, excellent writing (for captions), and deep knowledge of Nollywood and social media trends.
• A genuine interest in and knowledge of the Nigerian film industry (Nollywood) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Must be based in Lagos, Nigeria.
