About the Role

We are an early-stage startup building the future of personal finance, and we are looking for a creative, high-energy Social Media & Growth Intern to join us as a core part of our founding journey.

You won't just be "posting on socials"—you will be helping us define our voice, build a community from scratch, and execute growth experiments that move the needle. You’ll work directly with the leadership team, gaining an inside look at what it takes to scale a company from 0-1.

What You’ll Do

• Content Creation: Design, film, write, and curate engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Strategy & Growth: Execute "growth hacks" and engagement strategies to increase our reach and follower base.
• Community Management: Engage with industry leaders, potential customers, and our growing community to build brand presence.
• Copywriting: Write compelling captions, threads, and short-form content on multiple channels that establish us as thought leaders.
• Analytics: Track what works, what doesn't, and pivot quickly based on data.

Who You Are

• A Native Creator: You are comfortable in front of a camera and with words. You understand the nuances of different platforms algorithms (no one likes hashtags).
• Biased for Action: You don't wait for a 10-page brief. You see an opportunity, create a draft, and ship it.
• Analytical & Scrappy: You’re comfortable using tools like Canva, Figma, or AI-content tools to produce high-quality work fast.
• Startup Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and excited by the fast-paced, "all hands on deck" nature of an early-stage company.
• Finance Basics: You should know how the basics of finance work to be able to create content around it
• Bonus: if you know how to automate your own work with AI workflows
