As a Social Media Executive at Wadzpay, you will be the voice of our ecosystem across three distinct brands: W Chain, Winity Life, and InvoiceNow. Your primary responsibility will be to manage, schedule, and optimize our presence across X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Telegram and TikTok.
We are looking for a crypto-native professional who doesn’t just "post" but understands the nuances of Web3 communication from the technical language of blockchain to the high-energy community engagement of the crypto/fintech space. Your Role
- Multi-Brand Management: Coordinate and execute social media strategies for W Chain, Winity Life, and InvoiceNow, ensuring each brand maintains its unique voice and visual identity.
- Strategic Scheduling: Oversee the end-to-end publishing process across X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram and any new social channels we plan to target, ensuring a consistent and timely global presence.
- Web3 Communication: Translate complex blockchain concepts into engaging, platform-specific content that resonates with the crypto community.
- Community Engagement: Monitor and manage our Telegram communities and social comments to foster growth and maintain brand reputation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure assets are delivered on time and align with campaign objectives.
Your Tasks
- Campaign Execution: Create and curate high-quality social media posts, including threads, announcements, and community polls.
- Platform Optimization: Tailor content for specific platform algorithms to maximize reach and engagement.
- Telegram Management: Drive engagement within our Telegram groups, managing bot integrations and community health.
- Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to monitor engagement metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports on growth across all three brands.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of Web3 trends, "crypto-twitter" narratives, and industry news to keep our brands relevant.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree: Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of social media management experience, with atleast 1 year mandatory background in the Web3/Blockchain ecosystem.
- Crypto-Native: Surface level understanding of DeFi, Layer 1 solutions, crypto cards and general Web3 culture.
- Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social or Adobe Express) and Telegram management tools.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple brands simultaneously without compromising on quality.
