Now, we’re looking for a creative and strategic social media manager to join our team and take things to the next level. 👩🏻‍💻 As a Social Media Manager, you will -

• Maintaining an active presence across key social media platforms (LinkedIn and Instagram), ensuring consistency in brand messaging. Tailoring content to suit the platforms’ audiences and business objectives.
• Facilitating scaling the brand and enhancing brand awareness through social media.
• Tracking key metrics and analyzing social media performance to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Working with branding and marketing teams to develop social media strategies aligned with business objectives. Identifying content gaps and determining what’s missing and what’s needed.
• Planning and implementing social media campaigns to drive brand awareness, support marketing initiatives, and increase community engagement.
• Staying on top of industry trends, social media platforms and optimizing the content and strategy accordingly.

💯 You fit the bill if you have:

• 2+ years of experience with social media content creation and marketing
• Proven experience in social media marketing with a successful track record of growing brand awareness and engagement
• Strong content creation skills with the ability to craft compelling copy and visual content
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms
• Strategic mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
