The Role


We're seeking a creative, community-minded social media marketer to engage and grow our audience.

At many companies, social media is an afterthought. It's a place to post pics of another open office floor-plan or a corporate happy hour. We don’t see it that way. We believe social media is an incredible opportunity for Air to build a community around our core values and speak to the pain points of our target audience (marketers) in a relatable way. We're looking for someone who believes in the power of social media—it's not just a means to an end—and wants to help us build a community from the ground up.

You should be equal parts social strategist and community manager. You should know how to grow and engage an audience (social media) and get a conversation started around our brand values (community). You'll be perfect for this role if you take initiative, love a brainstorm, and have a genuine interest in storytelling and content. We're looking for someone that knows how to create human interactions through a brand.

The Company


The company was founded in 2017 by Shane Hegde and Tyler Strand who met at Stanford University. Air launched in February 2020 and currently services thousands of customers around the globe. To date, Air has raised +$18M from institutional investors that include Tiger Global, Lerer Hippeau, WndrCo, and Slack Ventures, and engineers who have built products for some of the largest tech companies (Facebook, Snapchat, Microsoft, Amazon)
