1. Make a black background then add your text give it a filter > blur > motion blur of angle 90 degree and distance 60
2. Then give it a gaussian blur of 15 px
3. Go to liquify stretch the upper portion of letters and smudge it evenly
4. Give it a filter > distort > wave increase the wavelenght & amplitude sliders as you like type should be sine and click ok
5. Double click the text layer then select the color overlay with solid red color
6. Now duplicate the text layer 2 times then select the last (lower most layer), apply the gaussian blur of 35 or greater to the text
7. Now select the first layer then choice the gradient overlay (uncheck the color overlay) choose the blue and magenta color

• 8. Then apply the satin and put it to linear dodge(ADD)

1. Finally give it a bevel and emboss to give 3 dimentional look and increase the hue & saturation of the image then
2. Give it a grain filter texture and add s curse to it
