I work on a monthly retainer rather than a per-session fee. This monthly retainer covers our (min of 2) coaching sessions, plus the time I’ll spend on prep, follow-ups, and any between-session support you need.

My monthly retainer for 1-on-1 coaching is, $2,500 per month when the company is paying, and $1,800/month when an individual is paying out-of-pocket.

For those who cannot afford my full rate, I offer a limited number of sliding scale pricing slots.

The sliding scale is based on two key dimensions:

  1. What you are paid for a day of work - this offers a simple heuristic that indicates your level of access to financial resources and the complexity of your work.
  2. Who is paying for coaching - you, the corporation you work for, or a hybrid.

Here’s what I suggest:

If this model doesn’t apply for you for any reason (perhaps you’re not currently earning income), then my guidance would be to choose a price that feels like you’re making a significant investment in yourself, but not so much that it creates stress and resentment in other areas of your life.

These are just suggestions. Ultimately, if we work together, you decide what you’ll pay.

This pricing model allows me to serve leaders at different stages of their journey in a way that’s aligned with my values.

In my dream world, every community leader would have access to an incredible coach and no one would be turned away for lack of money, ever.
