Common Questions
The app crashed or won't load. Try closing and reopening Skin Zen. If that doesn't work, restart your iPhone. Still stuck? Email us with your iPhone model and iOS version.
My subscription isn't unlocking premium features. Open Skin Zen → Settings → tap "Restore Purchases" on the paywall. If that doesn't work, email us with your Apple ID email.
I want to cancel my subscription. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID, not in the app. On your iPhone: Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Skin Zen → Cancel.
My skin score seems off. Skin scores work best when you take photos in consistent lighting and from the same angle each day. Use natural light when possible.
How do I delete my data? Skin Zen → Settings → Reset All Data. This permanently deletes your skin entries and products from your phone.
