Size

The little Topis are approximately 100 pixels. Sometimes you want to create assets at "human" scale. Some others, you want to do things that are gigantic. Think about the size relative to all the other assets in your world.

Most of our assets are between 100 pixels and 700, with some exceptions over and under.

Weight

When you add a lot of assets in the world, it takes a long time to load. You can opitimize your assets from the beginning by downsizing them with tinypng.com or by exporting from Photoshop with the right set up (which is what tinypng does).

If you have photoshop, follow this line of action:

Menu Location: File > Export > Export as / Save For Web and selecting PNG-8 instead of PNG-24.
