Week 1: Define your direction

Objective: Understand what you actually want next

Actions:

• Write down your “career non-negotiables” - values, lifestyle, salary floor, learning curve, people you want to work with.
• List 5-10 things you’ve enjoyed most in past roles → look for patterns (autonomy, creativity, structure, teamwork, etc.)
• List 5-10 things that interest you - can be random and broad, just shit you are actually curious about
• Use week one template to summarise roles that may interest you and review the summary table to understand what jobs may interest you
