Sam's site (aguiarinjurylawyers.com) had crashed the day before this session. The session focused on finding and fixing multiple sitewide bugs, then evolved into a full template rebuild of the 37-page Truck Talk series. The Truck Talk pages had no proper layout structure, just inline-styled flat HTML with videos sitting huge at the top. The goal was to convert them all to the standard SA template format used across the rest of the site.
Scanned all 507 published pages and posts via WP REST API. Found 64 pages with back-to-back duplicate phone <a> tags in the sidebar CTA. Fixed all 64 by removing the duplicate tag. The regex pattern matched consecutive <a href="tel:SAME_NUMBER"> tags. Safety checks verified non-phone link counts stayed the same. Backups saved for each page.
The Truck Talk pages had empty video containers: the <div> with padding-bottom:56.25% was present but the <iframe> inside it was gone. Restored iframes on all 36 pages by extracting the video ID from each page's YouTube link text and schema, then building the iframe tag.
Fixed three issues on 10 bio pages: (1) restored 52 missing SVG credential icons from empty containers, (2) changed button backgrounds from orange #F89C22 to brand navy #0B212D, (3) bumped undersized font sizes to 16px minimum. Each page uses a unique CSS prefix (jp-, jb-, ak-, etc.). SVG icon map extracted from the working Payton Klatt page and extended for missing labels (Recognition, Hometown, etc.).
This was the big one. Every Truck Talk page was rebuilt from flat inline-styled HTML into the SA template structure. The approved template (proven on Work Zone Safety page, ID 45738) includes:
