Session Overview
This was an automated scheduled run of the sitemap-health-check skill on April 3, 2026. The goal: audit all XML sitemaps on aguiarinjurylawyers.com for completeness, orphan pages, duplicate URLs, and structural issues. This is a recurring diagnostic to catch pages that fall through the cracks after batch deployments.
What Was Accomplished
Sitemaps Fetched and Parsed
All four sitemaps from sitemap_index.xml were fetched and parsed:
- page-sitemap.xml: ~227 URLs (static pages, locations, practice areas, truck-talk series)
- post-sitemap.xml: ~160 URLs (blog posts, articles)
- category-sitemap.xml: 17 URLs (taxonomy archives)
- video-sitemap.xml: ~55 URLs (pages/posts with embedded video)
Locations Hub Extraction
Used Chrome JavaScript execution to extract all 55 city pill links from the /locations/ hub page. These represent every location the firm actively markets.
Cross-Reference Results
Hub-to-sitemap coverage: 96.4% (53 of 55 hub locations found in page-sitemap.xml)
Category A: Missing from Sitemap but Linked from Hub (2 pages)
- /locations/leitchfield/ : Set to "index, follow" per RankMath. This is a real gap caused by stale sitemap cache. The page exists, is indexable, but RankMath's sitemap hasn't picked it up.
- /locations/louisville/ : Set to "noindex, follow" per RankMath. This explains the sitemap absence. Intentional, since /louisville-car-accident-lawyers/ appears to be the canonical Louisville page.
Category B: In Sitemap but Not on Locations Hub (3 pages)
- /locations/elizabethtown-ky/ : Duplicate of /locations/elizabethtown/. Needs 301 redirect.
- /locations/elizabethtown-wrongful-death-lawyers/ : Sub-topic page. Should be linked from E-town location page.
- /locations/georgetown-car-accident/ : Duplicate of /locations/georgetown/. Needs 301 redirect.
