Before submitting this request, please ensure you have:

1. Created a Webflow account — You’ll need an active Webflow account to receive the transfer. Create one at webflow.com if you haven’t already.
2. Confirmed your Webflow email — The email you provide below must match your Webflow account.
3. Reviewed hosting requirements — Once transferred, you will be responsible for Webflow hosting fees. Review Webflow’s pricing at webflow.com/pricing.

Important Disclaimer

Please read carefully before submitting.

By requesting this transfer, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Post-transfer responsibility — Once the website is transferred to your Webflow account, you assume full responsibility for the site, including hosting, maintenance, updates, and any connected integrations.
2. No liability for issues after transfer — Signal Studios is not responsible for any issues that arise after the transfer is complete, including but not limited to:
   • Automations that stop working or malfunction
   • Backend integrations that break or require reconfiguration
   • Website errors, downtime, or performance issues
   • Third-party service disconnections
   • Data loss or corruption
3. Active subscription required for work — Signal Studios will only continue work on your website while you maintain an active subscription. If you do not have an active subscription, Signal Studios cannot continue working with you and will not perform any work for free. This includes troubleshooting, fixes, updates, or any other services related to your website.
4. No ongoing support without subscription — Unless you maintain an active subscription, Signal Studios is not obligated to provide support, troubleshooting, or fixes for any issues that occur after transfer.
5. Integration dependencies — Some automations or integrations may be connected to Signal Studios' accounts or tools. These connections will be severed upon transfer and may require you to set up your own accounts with third-party services.
