- Fill out Coming Soon Form on Monday.com
- This form is intuitive base on the property type. This will add all details to Monday.com and create a one pager with all the information.
- Compile a list of all applicable information prior to listing.
- School Systems, Public transportation, etc Become an area expert. Know what you are selling.
🏹 Listing Forms
Forms to Complete Pre-Listing
- Property Built before 1978? Ask the owner about lead, do they have any knowledge of lead
- Complete Form: Property_Transfer_Lead_Paint_Notification_-_1009_ts38963 Via Dotloop
- Listing Contract -Connect with Elizabeth to get this sent out prior to listing on the MLS
- Create loop on Dotloop and select listing template
- The following forms will be added and should be completed prior to Listing
- MA_Mandatory_Licensee_Consumer_Relationship_Disclosure_ts38963
- Access Exclusive Right to Sell
- Home Inspection Disclosure

- Coordinate and schedule staging if applicable.
- Schedule Photographer
