Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Signature App (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Ernest Nersesyan (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use “AS IS.”

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects limited information when you download and use it. This information may include, for example:

• Your device’s Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• The pages or screens of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages
• The type of operating system and device you use

The Application does not gather precise information about your physical location or any sensitive personal data.

The Service Provider may use this information to improve the Application’s performance and user experience, and occasionally to contact you with important updates, notifications, or marketing promotions.

For a better experience, certain features of the Application (such as saving and exporting signed documents) may require access to your device’s storage or file system. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted to any server controlled by the Service Provider.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated, anonymized data may be transmitted to external services (such as analytics tools) to help the Service Provider understand how the Application is used and to improve it.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or other legal process
• When there is a good faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, user safety, or prevent fraud
• To trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider, have agreed to maintain confidentiality, and do not have independent rights to use the disclosed information

Opt-Out Rights
