This project involved end-to-end quality assurance testing for the Shrimps at 17 West restaurant website to ensure a seamless online experience for customers exploring the restaurant's seafood and soul food offerings.
Objective: Validate that the website delivers a functional, intuitive, and responsive user experience across all devices and browsers, enabling customers to easily access menus, learn about the restaurant, and submit inquiries.
My Role: As the QA Analyst, I designed and executed a comprehensive test plan covering functional, usability, and compatibility testing. I developed test cases for all key pages, validated the contact form with both valid and invalid inputs, and tested cross-platform performance to ensure consistent functionality.

Outcome: Delivered a detailed test summary report identifying any usability issues, functional defects, and compatibility concerns—ensuring the website met quality standards for customer engagement and provided a professional online presence for the restaurant.
