Once you have approved a reservation and the traveler's payment has been confirmed, you will receive a reservation confirmation email with complete details that includes the travelers name and contact info.

We encourage you to continue to use our messaging platform to communicate with the traveler. This way we're able to continue to offer support and ensure that both you and the traveler are protected by our under Terms of Service and other safeguards.

We're happy to pass along any of your pre-arrival information to the confirmed traveler. Including attachments, confirmation numbers, phone numbers and email addresses.

<aside> 👉 Note: Of course, we understand if communication through our messaging system isn't always possible. If you need to, do not hesitate to email the traveler directly, especially when issues arrive nearing the arrival date.
