SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment and delivery of all products purchased through the Press Boys online shop (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, the Customer (“you” or “your”) agrees to the terms set forth herein.

1. Shipping Methods and Costs

1.1. Shipping methods and rates shall be displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

1.2. Standard shipping, expedited shipping, and other options may be offered based on location and carrier availability.

1.3. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer and shall be calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the order unless otherwise stated in a promotion or free-shipping offer.

2. Order Processing Times

2.1. Orders shall generally be processed within two (2) to five (5) business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

2.2. Orders containing custom or pre-order items may require additional processing time, which shall be disclosed on the product page.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

3.1. Estimated delivery times shall be provided at checkout and may vary depending on the selected shipping method, carrier, and destination.

3.2. Delivery estimates are not guarantees; Company shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4. Damaged or Lost Items

4.1. Risk of loss transfers to Customer upon delivery of the order to the carrier.

4.2. Company shall not be responsible for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

4.3. If an order arrives damaged or defective, Customer must notify Company within seven (7) calendar days of receipt, providing photo evidence of the damage. Company may, at its discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.

5. International Shipping

5.1. International shipping may be available to select countries and shall be subject to additional fees, duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country.

5.2. Customer is solely responsible for payment of such duties, tariffs, and taxes.
