This document explains how to configure shipping options in Formaviva.
To open the shipping configuration, click on your username in the top right corner, and select Shipping option on the dropdown menu.

Shipping origin defines the origin from which you are shipping the merchandise items.

To add a shipping zone, click on Add shipping zone button. This opens the following popup:
