| Submitted | Shipment is finalized and ready for processing by the courier. |
| Cancelled | Shipment has been canceled and will not proceed further. |
| Dispatched | Shipment has left the warehouse and is en route to the courier. |
| Exception | Shipment has encountered an issue (e.g., delay, address problem, etc.). |
| Ready | Shipment is ready for pick-up by the courier. |
| Picked Up | Courier has collected the shipment from the warehouse. |
| Pending Pick-up | Shipment is scheduled for pick-up but has not yet been collected. |
| Out For Delivery | Shipment is with the delivery agent and en route to the final destination. |
