Anomaly note

The 500 MB warning was triggered by com.microsoft.VSCode.ShipIt at ~1.0 GB plus Notion at ~273 MB. Both apps auto-update frequently; a ~1 GB Sparkle/ShipIt staging artifact for VS Code points to recent update cycles or an orphaned update payload. Safe to remove; regenerates on next update check. No action required. If VS Code's ShipIt cache repeatedly lands near/over 1 GB on daily runs, it would be worth a one-time look at VS Code update settings.

Post-run QA reflection

• Ran cleanly: pre-flight, scan + sizing, both deletions, verification, disk recheck, logging.
• No path errors. Notion sink live; vault and mount present.
• Warning threshold hit (1309.37 MB) — consistent with normal VS Code + Notion update churn, not a destabilizing anomaly.
• Optional future enhancement: rolling per-app size CSV under the same Codex folder to distinguish a sustained VS Code >1 GB trend from one-offs. Not added this run to avoid scattering files without approval.
