Makes sure everything is going according to plan.

Responsibilities

Attends Champions Ring & pokes the players who aren't reporting their progress.
Checks the ‣ for raids that fell out of the green ring, and tries to make sure they get back on track by contacting connected players.
Checks issues & pull requests, makes sure mega issues are being broken down into specced out issues & that pull requests are being reviewed.
Makes sure documentation is written, guides recorded & whatever other ways of onboarding new developers as smooth as possible.
Checks both active & passive categories and kicks the can if the conversation has stopped.
Tries to activate inactive players by reaching out to those of specific, currently needed, roles.
Reports the needs of builders as well as the need for builders.
