To give someone from your team access to your dashboard with a different account, you can add them as a team member. Click Add.
Enter their email address and set a new password for their team member account. Note that this does not refer to their own HockeyStack account. You are creating a new account for them on your own dashboard.
You can choose to give them view-only access with the "View" option or edit access with the "Member" option.
After you add them, a login link will be emailed to them. Make sure they log in only through that link, not through the regular login page on the HockeyStack website.
Dashboard sharing is an easy way to give view-only access to other people. Simply turn on the toggle on the top right and select your preferred sharing method. If you use public sharing, everyone that has the link will have access to your dashboard. (Shoutout to builders in public!) If you use private sharing, you can set a password for additional security.
Select a time range, add your organization's icon, and download your PDF to share with your team. The report includes all data on the Dashboard, Funnels and Goals.
